All fiberglass parts may need modifications to fit correctly, and require some prep work before painting.
ALL parts MUST be trial fitted before painting.
All body kits, bonnets, spoilers, guards, are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that the parts are made from 100% fiberglass.
We do not hold any responsibility if your car is defected due to one of our aftermarket products. Laws vary from state to state so please check with your local authority as some products are only for show or off-road purposes.
Devious Motorsports accepts no liability for any damage or injury resulting either directly or indirectly from installation from any product.
Condition of Sale:
All Items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, and are shipped in good condition. All sales are final, and all products sold are sold "as is" to the buyer.

Delivery:
Delivery is usually 5-10 working days depending on state, after full payment has been received unless product needs to be specially made.
All products are shipped via road freight, delivery times may vary according to delivery location.
All products must be inspected prior to accepting delivery from freight company to claim any damage from freight company. Insurance is available at the customers expense. Please request an insurance quote from us before product is shipped.
It is the customers responsibility to make any claims of damage with the freight company after the product leaves our suppliers warehouse.
If you wish to return any product, you must inform us prior to returning the product and within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will still be responsible for any shipping and handling fees for delivery and return and a 25% restocking fee as well.
